Cookie Exchange
Example Invitation

You are cordially invited

to participate in the first ever Hope Mills Library Employee Cookie Exchange.

The exchange will take place
 on the afternoon
of our holiday luncheon
 Thursday, December 14.

We currently have 14 participants

and that means lots of great cookies to share with friends and family this holiday season

M
ore participants are always welcome!

Rules for the exchange:

1.    Tie on your apron, break out the rolling pin, load up on holiday cheer, and prepare 3 dozen of your most scrumptious holiday cookies. You may bring more but please don’t bring less. With the current amount, each person will have between 2-3 cookies to bring home to sample from each participant.

2.    Please bring 1 copy of your recipe to share with inquisitive participants. We can make copies of the recipes here at the library for those interested.

3.    Please arrange your cookies on a tray or in a large Tupperware container so that they can easily be distributed.

4.    Remember to bring a large empty container for collecting those delectable treats.

5.    Please HOMEMADE cookies only. Baking pre-made cookie dough in the oven does not count!

6.    Creativity is encouraged, original recipes welcomed!

7.    Please contact Kari Smith with any questions, comments, or ideas.

8.    If you would like to participate but are not working please let Kari Smith know. You can drop your cookies and empty container off ahead of time and I will exchange the cookies for you.

Happy Baking!
